The event teams for the 2018 events met the 14th until the 18th of March in Stirling Scotland and were joined by the board towards the end of the week. The meeting was called Grand Prep and consisted of team building and preparation work for the Rally, the Autumn Seminar and also development of a new type of event for 2019.
It was not only inspiring to meet so many eager event managers, it was also interesting to look into topics like gender awareness, budget management and programme development.
