Personally identifiable information is stored on our cloud storage and is not publicly accessible. We prevent unauthorised access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information with appropriate physical, electronic and managerial processes to safeguard and secure the information that we collect online.
Some information may be stored on a Dropbox, with locked access limited to administrative authorities (office staff, in some instances board members and project and event managers) logins with two factor authentication access requirements.
Newsletter signups are stored directly into our cloud based email software, which also requires access by two factor authentication. Website activities are tracked and primarily stored within our Google Analytics.

We will always contact your through your preferred contact methods.
Data overview
We will never share your name, email address or any other personal information with any third party unless required to by law or by regulatory bodies. We will use reasonable endeavours to let you know before we do, unless legally restricted. Any personal data that we retain is subject to review, and is deleted once it is no longer required for a lawful purpose.

Our Privacy Policy does not apply to external websites which may be linked from our website or social media. We cannot guarantee the privacy policy of these sites and encourage you to read the privacy statements on other websites that you visit.
