An energiser that will get the participants moving and that might work well as a small ice breaker as well.

Instructions

  1. Everybody choose a person who is going to be their A and one who will be their B.
  2. You want to get as close to A as possible, and as far from B as possible.
  3. On the count of 3 everybody starts running after their A and escaping their B.
  4. The game finishes after some time of running around.
