Youth Employment Action project evaluation
Rural Youth Europe will evaluate the Youth Employment Action (YEA) project in Jäneda, Estonia from 5-10 March 2012. The event is named "Europe under construction: what is the future of youth employment?" and it will evaluate activities organised between 2010-2012 as well as plan future projects on the local, national, regional and international levels.
The event is open only to participants who have participated in one of the 5 events held as part of the project:
- Rally 2010, “DIY in the countryside: think global, act local, be vocal!”, Halmstad, Sweden, 31 July – 7 August 2010
- Autumn Seminar 2010, “Make it work! A training to improve the job skills of rural young people”, Ayr, Scotland, 11-18 September 2010
- Spring Seminar 2011, “Spice Up Your Potential!”, European Youth Centre Strasbourg, France, 27 March – 3 April 2011
- “Spice Up Your Community!”, Mollina, Spain, 18-25 September 2011
- Autumn Seminar 2011, “Volunteering makes your CV smile!”, Plettenberg, Germany, 29 October – 5 November 2011
The event aims are:
- To evaluate the outcomes of the Youth Employment Action project in 2010-12
- To ensure effective follow-up of all activities
- To plan the future development and strengthen long-term sustainability
- To develop the Best Practices in Youth Employment publication
There is no participation fee and 100% travel reimbursement for eligible participants.
The deadline for applications is 16 January 2012.
