E-learning course on the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP)
Groupe de Bruges has developed a comprehensive e-learning course on the CAP, in collaboration with SPERA (Interuniversity Centre for Studies on Economic, Rural and Environmental Policies) and Associazione “Alessandro Bartola”/AGRIREGIONIEUROPA.
Leading experts from all over Europe contribute their knowledge and expertise to this course.
Please note that the course is not affiliated with Rural Youth Europe.
The course is mainly intended for first year students but also suitable for everybody else that has a professional interest in the Common Agricultural Policy.
The course will be available from 1 November 2011. For those interested a preview of one of the modules is already available online at: www.groupedebruges.eu.

- History of the CAP from its beginnings to the Health Check of the CAP
- Theories on markets, regulation, liberalization and public goods
- The current CAP – The first pillar
- The current CAP – The second pillar: the Rural Development Policy
- The CAP in an international context
- Decision making and budgetary framework of the CAP
- The new post 2013 CAP
- Academic perspective on open issues. The stakeholders’ views on the CAP and its future including video-interviews with stakeholders
- Having fun with the CAP games and original learning material
